Prayer for son
Please pray for my son as he presents today in his English class. He will be reading one of his original writing assignments to his class and their parents. My son has stuttered in the past, so speeches can cause him a lot of anxiety. Please pray for smooth, fluent speech--and that he gains confidence from an excellently delivered speech. Please pray that he gets positive feedback from his friends and their parents (and his teacher).

Prayer for husband
Please pray for my husband. He is performing some contract work for a software company. He has stayed home with our children and has not worked in 11 years. He really wants this company to offer him a job. He has been working so hard, but has now run into a technical glitch where he has been able to get any work done for the last three days. He has tried everything, but his development environment continues to hang when he tries to load his project. Please pray for him as he attempts to buy a new computer today. He really needs to make progress quickly on his assignments and this technical snag is getting in the way. Please pray that God would bless the work of his hands! Thank you.

protection and healing
Please pray in love for Eric for deep emotional injuries concerning his father stemming from early childhood. He is now in his mid-forties and after a recent confrontation with his Dad is experiencing rejection and what seems to be disowning. It is a severely painful time. He has been self medicating in the past and may be attempting to do the same now. Please pray for him to see himself through the eyes of love instead of through his Dad's uncaring. Please pray in love for Ron who has just begun a job working in security in a prison. Several guards have been injured and one killed recently by people who finished their prison term. That is scarey. Ron is a good man and is a bit older. He just recently married and this is the best job he could find to help care for his family. Thank you for caring to pray!
